Singularity Technology Meets with B³ Engineers!

On February 14th, Singularity Technology team members met with structural engineers from B³ (Building Better Buildings) structural engineers based in Westport, Connecticut to talk about STEM and its real-world applications.

As according to Programming Team Captain Rishabh Raniwala, the presentation was "very educational and provided us with great insight into our own design process." The team had the opportunity to learn about the field of structural engineering and its uses, as well as its connections to FTC robotics. On the topic of CAD design, programming team member Ria noted "they’re actually a lot more similar [to us] than we thought they would be."

Overall, it was a successful meeting day for Singularity Technology, and they hope to put some of the advice and knowledge given to them by B³ to use for their upcoming CT State Championship competition on February 22.
